two weeks to conference!
This past week the team had a good workout at the Dells meet and 13 PR's at the Nekoosa meet!
This week we see the sectional course at BRF on Tuesday and the State course at Rapids on Friday!


Sept. 23,2007
The team is running well and is focused as it starts to fine tune for the conference meet in a couple of weeks.
At the Wautoma meet the boys placed 3rd by 6 seconds, in the process beating Berlin and Mosinee.
This week brings a conference triangular at the Dells on Tuesday. First race is 5:00pm and is the girls.
Second race will follow and is the boys.
Saturday the team will be running at Nekoosa.

12 seasonal PRs on a very challenging course!
11 runners beat last years time!
This week we run on Tuesday at Wautoma and Thursday at Westfield.
Parents night is Friday at the football game. Hope to see you all there!
Tuesday the bus leaves at 2:00..Out of class at 1:45
First race on Tuesday is at 4:00

NOTCE!! There has been a change to the schedule!!
There is no meet on Tuesday the 11th.
We run at the Dells on Sept 25th
Saturday's meet at SPASH was very good for our team!
22 of our 24 runners had seasonal PRs!
Almost every runner that ran this course last year had a faster time this year!
Next meet is the scenic yet challenging Smiley course.
We will run at the American Legion Golf course in Wausau

Bus leaves at 5:45 am.....when the cows get up.......

The Marshfield meet went well!
All Athletes that ran there last year had a better time this year....Way to go team!
There were 12 seasonal PRs set at this meet! Fantastic!

Our fist meet has come and gone.
It was once again a success because of all the people that helped.
It was great to see all the Alumni runners!
Practice from now on is at 3:30 pm.
Next meet is Saturday September 1st at Marshfield at the zoo.

Make sure you have your fees paid($7.00)
Make sure you have your physical in
